Naomi Jean Schriver Fickert

Naomi Jean Schriver Fickert, 86, of Ohio City, died at 2:25 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014, at Van Wert Manor.

She was born July 30, 1927, in Ottawa, the daughter of the late Walter and Monnettie (Kindle) Radabaugh. She first married Robert Schriver, who preceded her in death in March 1972. On November 26, 1973, she married Leroy Melvin Fickert, who died February 21, 2012.

Survivors include three sons, Robert R. Schriver and Ronald L. (Tanya) Schriver, both of Van Wert, and Mike (Shawn) Fickert of Middle Point; a sister, Maxine C. Rode of Celina; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A brother, Walter Radabaugh; and one sister, Irene McMonigal, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 11, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
