VW boy bowlers beat Temple Christian

The Van Wert boys’ and girls’ bowling teams were in action on Wednesday, with the boys getting a win over Lima Temple Christian and the girls falling to St. Marys.

The boys got some good rolls as they cruised to a 2,712-1,982 victory over Temple Christian. Leading the Cougars were freshman Gabe Rollins, with a high game of 214, and senior Tyrell Eddins, who rolled a 210 for Van Wert.

The Cougar girls lost by a score of 1,659-2,221 against St. Marys.
