Sunshine Law training to be held in Celina

CELINA — Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s staff will conduct Sunshine Law training in Mercer County on Thursday, March 13.

Elected officials and interested western Ohio residents are encouraged to attend this free training, which is open to the public.

The training session is provided in order to enhance the knowledge of public offices regarding making public records accessible, as required by the Ohio Revised Code. The training is part of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office’s efforts during 2014 Sunshine Week, which takes place March 9-15.

The training will take place from 1-4:15 p.m. Thursday in James F. Dicke Hall at Wright State University-Lake Campus, 7600 Lake Campus Drive in Celina.
