Ohio City hosts ‘Arts in the Park’ series

OHIO CITY — This Friday marks the start the 2014 season of Ohio City’s “Arts in the Park” series, featuring unplugged (acoustic) sets from some of the area’s best known musicians.

This event happens every second Friday of the month and goes through September. Musicians begin at 8 p.m. and play until 10 in the evening.

The schedule for the series is as follows: May 9, Dana Fair; June 13, Jaime and Robert Delgado; July 11, Cass Blue; August 8, Shelby County Line Duo; and September 12, Van Wert Jazz

Each event is will be held at Memorial Park in Ohio City and funded by the Memorial Park Fund. Lawn chairs are recommended and available seating is limited.
