West Side Story

The Jets and Sharks were rumbling (above) on Sunday as West Side Story hit the stage of the Niswonger Performing Arts Center with its tragic story of love and death. The Broadway show, the last show of the 2013-2014 season, included a live orchestra and lots of good music from Leonard Bernstein, with words by Stephen Sondheim. (Dave Mosier/Van Wert independent)
