Fay L. Cox

Fay L. Cox, 67, of Van Wert, died at 1:19 a.m. Monday, June 2, 2014, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.

She was born May 29, 1947, in Sandusky, the daughter of the late Woodrow and Vivian (Dice) Tea. She married Bradley J. Cox, who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Rickie Bradshaw Jr. of Van Wert;

Private family services were held.
