Knight volleyball team downs Coldwater

The Crestview Lady Knights battled Coldwater on Tuesday, defeating the Lady Cavaliers in three straight games: 25-22, 25-23 and 25-17. This brings the Lady Knights’ record to 3-0.

Leading the way for the Knights:

• Serving — Megan Hartman, 24/25 with 3 aces; Brady Guest, 12/12 with 1 ace; Claire Zaleski, 10/10; Tianna Rager and Haley Helm, each had 1 ace.
• Hitting — Courtney Trigg, 19 kills; Megan Hartman, 6 kills; Zaleski, 4 kills; Guest, 3 kills.
• Setting — Guest, 20 assists.
• Digs — Rager, 11 digs; Helm, 6 digs.
• Blocks — Hartman and Trigg led in blocks.
• Serve Receive — Rager and Zaleski led.

The Knights will be back in action next Thursday as they host the Wayne Trace Raiders at 5:30 p.m.
