Lancer girls’ golf team wins NWC match

The Lancer girls’ golf team traveled to Bluffton Golf Course to take on Allen East and two shortened teams in Ada and Bluffton.

The Lancers were able to come away with the victory over Allen East by a count of 212 to 232. With the victory, Lincolnview improves to 5-4 in dual matches.

Lancer Mikenna Klinger earned match medalist honors with a 44, while Bluffton’s Kaleigh Coughlin was second with a 47. In third place was Allen East’s Ariel Shantz with a 48.

Other Lancer scores were as follows: Macala Ashbaugh (52), McKenzie Davis (57), Makenzie Kraft (58), Marissa Miller (61), and Madison Shepherd (68).

Lincolnview will take on Allen East, Hicksville, and Parkway at Colonial Golf Course this Thursday in a quad match that starts at 4:30 p.m.
