Cougar volleyball team defeats Kenton

The Van Wert Cougars were back in action last night at home where they were faced with their third Western Buckeye League challenger of the year, Kenton.
The Cougars came out strong and showed why they are in the run for the WBL title this year, defeating Kenton in three games: 25-13, 25-14 and 25-16.
The victory brings the Cougars to 7-2 for the year. The Van Wert junior varsity team also defeated Kenton in two games 25-20 and 25-7.
