Lancer volleyball team beats Jefferson

Lincolnview volleyball information

The Lincolnview varsity volleyball team hosted Northwest Conference foe Delphos Jefferson on Tuesday and defeated the Lady Wildcats in three games by scores of 25-3, 25-14 and 25-21.

Statistical leaders for Lincolnview include the following:

Serving – Baylee Neate, 22/22 with 4 aces; Alana Williams, 13/13 with 1 ace.

Hitting – Katie McClure, 31/35, with 18 kills; Katlyn Wendel, 13/13, with 6 kills; and Ashley Teman, 15/17, with 6 kills.

Setting – Devann Springer, 33 assists.

Blocks – Wendel, 3 block solo kills.

Digs – Williams, 17 digs; Springer, 12 digs; and Grace Gorman, 10 digs.

The Lancer varsity is now 6-9 overall. The Lincolnview junior varsity team lost in three games.

Lincolnview will next play in a tri-match to be held this Saturday, September 27, at Wayne Trace, against the Raiders and Hicksville. The junior varsity match will be played at Lincolnview.
