Christmas Tree Festival opening planned

DELPHOS — The grand opening of the 16th annual Christmas Tree Festival will be held Saturday, November 29, at 1 p.m., at the Delphos Canal Commission Museum, 241 N. Main St. in downtown Delphos.
The festival will again feature more than 100 Christmas trees beautifully decorated by community organizations, families and museum staff. New to the festival this year will be a nativity scene exhibit. Nativities, old and new, will be showcased on the weekend of November 29 and 30 only.
The festival is free and open to the public and runs from November 29 through December 21. Hours are 1-4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. The festival will also be open Friday, December 5, from 6-9 p.m., for the annual Delphos Hometown Christmas celebration.
