9-1-1 outage reported in Convoy area

Frontier is currently experiencing problems with its telephone lines in the village of Convoy. Residents of Convoy with land lines are unable to dial 9-1-1 for emergencies.

Although Frontier is aware of the problem, it is unknown at this time when service will be restored. Those in the area who have an emergency can call the sheriff’s office at 419.238.3866, or 9-1-1 from a cellular phone.
