Retirement party planned for Deb Russell

A retirement party for United Way of Van Wert County Executive Director Deb Russell has been scheduled for 2-4 p.m. Friday, January 9, in the meeting room of Community Health Professionals, 1159 Westwood Drive in Van Wert.

The event will honor Russell for her 22 years of service to United Way, 14 of those as executive director.
