Terry Lynn Amstutz

Terry Lynn Amstutz, 57, of Van Wert, died Sunday, January 18, 2015, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

He was born September 23, 1957, in Van Wert, the son of Richard and Joan (Gamble) Amstutz, who both preceded him in death.

Survivors in include two brothers, Gregory (Michelle) Amstutz of Van Wert and Michael R. Amstutz of Fort Jennings; and a number of nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews;  great-great-nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 24, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Van Wert, with the Rev. Josh Tissot officiating.

No calling hours are scheduled at this time.

Preferred memorials: Wesley United Methodist Church, Wounded Warrior Project and Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

Arrangements were handled by Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert.
