FB kicks off new food stand fundraising

The Van Wert County Farm Bureau has recently kicked off fundraising efforts for the new Ag Pavilion to be located on the Van Wert Fairgrounds.

Plans for the new structure include modern restroom and shower facilities, as well as indoor/outdoor seating and dining.  The Farm Bureau will also move its kitchen and serving efforts inside the new building.

While fundraising efforts have only recently begun, many local businesses have pledged immediate support. Groundbreakers (those companies making early donations) include United Equity of Delphos, Ag Credit, The Kenn-Feld Group, Ottoville Bank, Bee Gee Realty/Nationwide Insurance, Wenninger’s Seed Service, Carey Insurance of Grover Hill, First Bank of Berne, Central Insurance Companies, E & R Trailer Sales and Service, Ridgeview Behavioral Hospital, C & J Agri-Service/Triple J Application, Burtch Seed, D & D Ingredient and HG Violet Implement Sales.
