VW Area Photography Club News 3/11/15

The Van Wert Area Photography Club’s By-Law Committee is hopeful that there will be a good attendance on Thursday, March 12, at 7 p.m. for the club’s first meeting in its new home at 114 S. Race St.  The main purpose of the meeting is to ratify the club’s new bylaws, which will guide the club’s activities in the years to come.

Members should come prepared to offer any suggestions or questions  they might have as the pages are put on the screen and also pay their dues, which are $25 for individuals 18 and older, plus $5 each for up to four family members (fifth or more are not charged) and $15 for those under 18,  to Treasurer Karl Gribler.

A tour of the facility will be conducted and notes taken on suggestions on how it might be modified to better serve the club’s needs.  Any modifications that the membership supports will be submitted to the VWCT board for their approval before any work is started.

Anyone with an interest in photography is welcome to attend and there is no pressure to join.
