YM to host SilverSneakers luncheon

The YMCA of Van Wert County has announced the SilverSneakers Luncheon, to be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 20, in the Senior Fitness Center, where all attendees can enter handicap-accessible Door 9.

Van Wert Manor will cater this luncheon, which has a featured theme of “Pumping Up the SilverSneakers Program”. All SilverSneakers members and those interested in learning more about the program are welcome to come for this free event.

This event will be centered on friendships both new and old so bring a friend who enjoys socializing, meeting new friends, and is interested in learning more about the SilverSneakers program and other options the YMCA has to offer.
