Legion Riders to have fundraiser dinner

Chapter 178 of the American Legion Riders will be having a pulled pork dinner that is open to the public on Tuesday, March 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. at American Legion Post 178, 631 W. Main St. in Van Wert.

Those participating can dine in or order carryout.

Cost of the meal is $8, which includes pulled pork, french fries, baked beans, cole slaw, and a dessert. The club is also offering a child’s portion for $5, which includes a sandwich and fries for $4, and a sandwich only for $3. All meals include dessert.

Proceeds from the dinner help support the many programs the American Legion Riders sponsor within the community.
