Basket weaving class set at VW museum

This month’s scheduled “Night at the Museum” activity is Basket Weaving by Jayne Smith, which will be held on the third Thursday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m. in the Museum Annex.

The cost of the class is $8. Register by April 13 to join in the fun of basket weaving with Smith. Class size is limited, so get signed up soon by calling Fran at 419.749.2476.

The Van Wert County Historical Society is planning a “Night at the Museum” for the second Thursday of each month as follows (scheduled subject to change):

• August — Quilting with Eileen Lucier,
• September — Cardmaking with Heidi Leiendecker,
• October — Out of Your Gourd (water colors) with Fran Neiswander
• November — Christmas Ornaments with Fran Neiswander
• December — Christmas Crafters Party
• January/February – closed.
