Bruce Alan Poling

Bruce Alan Poling passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015, at home with his longtime companion, Lila Conley-Miller; son Bruce Alan Poling II; and daughter Kelly Alana Elkins surrounding him.

Bruce was born in Van Wert December 17, 1957, to Doyle and Maxine Poling.

He will be remembered as one of those rare people who thought of everyone else before himself. Bruce asked to be remembered for his sense of humor and unabandoned zest for life. His loves were his children, Alan and Kelly; grandchildren Emmet and Brody Elkins; and he had a special relationship with Lila’s children, Justin Krukiel, Sarah Conley-Miller and twins Jack and Ian.

He especially loved fishing, food, cooking, baseball and golf.
