Virgil D. Wright

Virgil D. Wright of Van Wert died at 5:55 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was born July 15, 1948, in Bucyrus, the son of Arthur and Edna (Fox) Wright, who both preceded him in death. On July 27, 1969, he married Nancy (Gentit) Wright, who survives in Van Wert.

Other survivors include a son, Nathaniel A. Wright of Van Wert; one brother, Douglas Wright of Hot Springs, Arkansas; two brothers-in-law, Ronald (Joanne) Coleman of North Yarmouth, Maine, and Thomas Gentit of Stryker; a sister, Barbara Simons of Upper Sandusky; and several nieces and nephews.

A brother-in-law, Carl Coleman, also preceded him in death.

Private family funeral services will be conducted.

There will be no calling hours.

Preferred memorials: American Kidney Fund.
