Delgado brothers to perform in Ohio City

OHIO CITY — This evening, the village of Ohio City will hold the next concert in its “Arts in the Park” series featuring Jim and Bob Delgado. The duo will start its performance at 7 p.m. in Memory Park on Main Street in Ohio City. If there is rain, the concert will be moved to the Community Building on Ohio 118.

These two brothers have been playing in area bands since the mid-1970s, along with side projects that include forming a mariachi band, being Civil War re-enactment musicians, starting an old-time traditional music trio and many other projects throughout the decades. The Delgados will be entertaining concert-goers with a collection of American folk music mixed with crowd favorites.

Don’t forget the series’ addition concert for the month of July: Ryan Fox and Friends on July 23, featuring Buckeye Drive and Three on the Tree.

“Arts in the Park” is a summer music series that takes place on the second Friday of every month in the summer. It is always free and chairs, blankets, and coolers are welcomed.
