‘Starting Right’ workshop set in Rockford

ROCKFORD — “Starting Right in Rockford” will be held Thursday, July 16, from 6-8 p.m., at the Rockford Community Building, near the 420 Holly Drive entrance to Shanes Park.

The workshop is conducted by Wright State University-Lake Campus’ Business Enterprise Center and is sponsored by the Village of Rockford, Rockford Area Development Corporation, Rockford Chamber of Commerce and Van Wert City Economic Development Office.

During the workshop, participants will gain insight into starting a business in Ohio, including the legal structures, taxes, employment laws, business planning and financial analysis.
