Area sports official applicants sought
VW independent/submitted information
Across the country, there is a need for sports officials to work recreational and high school events. Sports officials are mentors to players because they enforce the rules and uphold the integrity of the game. Officials demonstrate impartiality, no matter who is playing, and good officials possess other strong character-building qualities, such as integrity, fairness and courage.
For anyone who has ever thought about becoming a sports official, the first step toward being a ref is making the call.
