Electric co-ops issue power peak alert
Electric power peak alert information
North Western Electric and Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative members are under a Peak Alert for today, from 2-8 p.m.
Current weather conditions are causing a very high demand for electricity. During this peak demand period, customers are urged to reduce as much electric usage as possible until 8 p.m. Dial up air conditioning thermostats 3 to 5 degrees and delay any baking or laundry. Both electric co-ops thank customers for their cooperation.
