YMCA sets date for SilverSneakers lunch

The YMCA of Van Wert County has announced the SilverSneakers Luncheon to be held Thursday, September 24, at 11:15 a.m. in the Senior Fitness Center, where all attendees can enter handicap accessible door 9.

The luncheon will be catered by Van Wert Manor and the luncheon’s featured topic will be “Sleeping As We Age” by Van Wert County Hospital. All SilverSneakers members and those interested in learning more about the program are welcome to come for this free event. Bring a friend to the luncheon and we will check their eligibility for a SilverSneakers membership.
