Knight volleyball team downs Lancer girls

Crestview volleyball information

The Crestview varsity volleyball team defeated the Lincolnview Lady Lancers in four games in a Northwest Conference match played Tuesday. Scores were 24-26, 25-5, 25-10, and 25-16. The Knights are now 8-5 overall and 3-1 in the NWC.

Leading the way for Crestview were the following:

Serving – Abby Bagley, 11/11 with three aces; Claire Zaleski, 24/27 with five aces; Tianna Rager, 18/20 with four aces; Lyvia Black, 9/9 with two aces.

Hitting – Brady Guest and Ally McCoy, nine kills each; Ashley Dealey, seven kills; Maci Baker, five kills; Zaleski, four kills.

Setting – Bagley, 12 assists; Guest, 18 assists.

Digs – Rager, seven digs; Zaleski, nine digs.

The Lady Knight junior varsity team also defeated Lincolnview’s JVs in two games. The Knights will be back in action Thursday as they host the Paulding Panthers. JV game time is 5:30 p.m.
