Charitable bequests

Harry E. Baker and Marjorie I. Baker appreciated the services of local charitable organizations and bequeathed a part of their trust to several of them. Above, representatives of several organizations accept donations from the Marjorie I. Baker. Baker Merkle Memorial Fund to Van Wert County Foundation Executive Secretary Seth Baker. The fund will be used for scholarships for students studying mechanical engineering, draftsman science, certified tool making, secretarial science, accounting, or business administration.
