Chris A. Skinner

Chris A. Skinner, 61, of rural Van Wert, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2015, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.

He was born July 5, 1954, in Riverside, California, the son of James Albert and Marian Linn (Kelley) Skinner, who both preceded him in death. On December 18, 1999, he married the former Cindy K. Sutton, who survives.

Other survivors include a stepdaughter, Elizabeth (Shannon) Williams of Marion, Indiana; one sister, Shaune M. Skinner of Columbus; and two grandsons.

Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.

There will be no calling hours.
