Jordan Michael Black

Jordan Michael Black, 28, died at 7:41 p.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.

He was born October 15, 1987, in Coldwater, the son of Tammy L. (Haight) Miller of Van Wert and James D. Black of Willshire, who both survive.

Other family survivors include his daughter, Aaliyah Black; three brothers, Cyle Black of Van Wert, Tony (Jessica) Black of Hawaii, and Nick Schmidt of Texas; a sister, Kayla (Lucas) Smith of Indiana; grandparents James and Pam Black of Van Wert and Gail Davis of Van Wert; and his great-grandmother, Helen Eberle of Ottoville.

Private funeral services will be held for the family.

There will be no calling hours.

Preferred memorials: To the family to assist with funeral expenses.
