Janice L. Clark

Janice L. Clark, 76, of Van Wert, and formerly of Ohio City, died at 5:15 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Vancrest Assisted Living in Van Wert.

She was born August 24, 1939, in Ohio City, the daughter of George Clayton and Edith Irene (Clouse) Adelblue, who both preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Lynn Clark of Lima and Delaneya Clark of Indianapolis, Indiana; and a brother, Charles M. Adelblue of Van Wert.

Three sisters, Marilyn Adelblue, Carolyn Adelblue, and Donna Jean Ferckel; and one brother, Vernon Lee Adelblue, also preceded her in death.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services.

Arrangements were handled by Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert.
