Van Wert FOP announces raffle winners

On February 4, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 62 in Van Wert held its annual banquet for local FOP members and members of the Van Wert Law Enforcement Association at Elks Lodge 1197.

As part of the annual banquet, lodge members sold raffle tickets for a vacation package in which two winning tickets could claim a vacation getaway to Kalahari Water Park, Hocking Hills, or $600 in cash. Winners of the vacation getaway raffle were Ory Perl of Van Wert and Ray Hofacker of Van Wert. The lodge also sponsored a cash door prize of $500 and the winner of that money was Jason Mosier of Van Wert.

FOP Lodge 62 holds an annual raffle to help raise money it donates to the local DARE organizations, which includes a donation every year to help support the Van Wert County and City DARE Camp held each summer.

Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 62 thanks everyone who purchased vacation getaway raffle tickets, all the local businesses that donated door prizes and members of the Van Wert Law Enforcement Association for their continued support for law enforcement in Van Wert County.
