Dorothy Elizabeth Davis

Dorothy Elizabeth Davis, 97, of Rushmore, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Delphos following health problems that began last June.

She was born September 4, 1918, the daughter of Edwin L. and Gwendolyn (Price) Davis, who both preceded her in death.

Survivors include several cousins.

A brother, John P. Davis, and several cousins also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at Gomer United Church of Christ, with Pastor Brian Knoderer officiating. Burial will be in Pike Run Cemetery in Gomer.

Visitation is one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.

Preferred memorials: Gomer United Church of Christ or The Welsh Society of Gomer.

Arrangements were handled by Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos.
