David R. Chehi

David R. Chehi, 68, died Monday, March 7, 2016, at Van Wert Manor.

He was born February 18, 1948, in Payne, to Lewis A. and Helen M. (Westfall) Chei, who both preceded him in death.

Survivors include a brother, Kim (Linda) Chehi of Defiance; and two sisters, Betty (Lester) Sprow of Hicksville and Pamela (Ivan) Talmage of Grand Rapids (Ohio).

Six siblings, Ethel McCague, Lewis Chehi Jr., Phyllis Denning, Ronnie Chehi, Bruce Chehi, and Dennis Chehi; and four nephews, preceded him in death.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding. He was buried in Paulding Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation was held from 10 until 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
