Ford promotion to benefit VWHS boosters

The Ford Motor Company, along with StateWide Ford Lincoln of Van Wert, will host a Ford Drive One 4 UR School fundraiser for the Van Wert High School Athletic Booster Club at Van Wert High School, 107008 Ohio 118 in Van Wert, on Saturday, March 26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Ford Motor Company and StateWide Ford will make a $20 donation to the Athletic Booster Club for each person who takes a short test drive at the event. Vehicles available for a test drive include the following: 2016 Ford Mustang, 2016 Ford Limited Explorer, 2016 Ford F-150 Eco-boost Crew Cab pickup truck, 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium, 2016 Ford Titanium Escape, and 2016 Ford Edge.

Dealership personnel will volunteer their time to assist with the fundraising drives. Anyone age 18 or over with a valid driver’s license may drive and earn a donation.

Area residents are urged to take a short test drive in support of the VWHS Athletic Booster Club and the athletes it supports.
