Stutz: No recount in prosecutor’s race

According to Van Wert County Elections Director Linda Stutz, County Prosecutor Charles Kennedy has indicated he will not request a recount in his primary election loss to challenger Eva Yarger in March.

Yarger won by 61 votes, 3,402-3,341, in results officially certified by the County Board of Elections on March 31.
