Humane Society sets pet adoption event

The Van Wert County Humane Society will be having an adoption event sponsored by Sears on Saturday, April 16, starting at 9:30 a.m. and lasting until 2 p.m.

The event will take place in the Sears parking lot, with some of the shelter’s most lovable and adoptable cats and dogs featured. In addition to the adoption event, there will be sales of t-shirts, bandanas and homemade pet treats.
