Peony Festival seeks Flowers in Full Bloom

The Peony Festival Committee is looking for women over the age of 65 to be part of its Flowers in Full Bloom.

These women are those unsung heroines that support others, listen to their hopes and sorrows, and the first to volunteer when help is needed. They are the women who embody the strength, courage, and character of womanhood.

This is area residents’ chance to honor a special lady with a place at the Queen’s Tea, recognition in the parade, and a small gift on Saturday, June 4.
