Law Enforcement Memorial Week

Van Wert Mayor Jerry Mazur has officially proclaimed May 15-21 as Law Enforcement Memorial Week. This week is set aside nationally to honor law enforcement professionals everywhere. The mayor also recognized all city sworn-officers for their dedication and service to the citizens of Van Wert. This dedication and commitment is continually demonstrated in the performance of their duties in both routine and emergency situations. (photo submitted)
