16U softball runners-up

The Van Wert Pride 16 and under girls’ fast-pitch softball team traveled to Maumee last weekend to play in a USSSA national qualifier. The team played eight games over the weekend and earned the runner-up trophy for its age division. The win also made the Van Wert Pride eligible to play in the USSSA Amateur World Series in Bentonville, Arkansas.
