Manufactured home tax payments due

Van Wert County Treasurer Beverly Fuerst reminds taxpayers who own a manufactured home that taxes are due Monday, August 1. Payments made by mail must be postmarked on or before that day.

Any manufactured home owner who has not received a tax statement should contact the Treasurer’s Office immediately at 419.238.5177. Failure to receive a tax bill does not excuse failure to pay or delay in paying taxes, nor does it avoid any penalty incurred for that delay.
