Terry G. Warren Jr.

Terry G. Warren Jr., 29, of Van Wert, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.

He was born January 15, 1987, in Bluffton, Indiana, the son of Terry G. Warren, who survives in Van Wert, and Tina M. Warren, who preceded him in death.

Other survivors include his girlfriend, Sheila Raines of Van Wert; two children, Zander Kane and Hayden Lee Warren, both of Van Wert; a brother, Forrest (Charity Smith) Houseworth III of Van Wert; two sisters, Elise A. Warren of Cleveland and Lacey N. Warren of Van Wert; several aunt and uncles, Chris and Phyliss Michael, Doug and Leann Michael, all of Van Wert; and Daryl and Anna Warren of Huntington Beach, California; and numerous cousins.

A daughter, Trinity Hope Warren, also preceded him in death.

Terry was a computer repairman.

Private family services will be held at the family’s convenience.

No visitation has been scheduled.

Preferred memorials: Donor’s choice.
