Lorrie Decker bowls her way to state

ROSSFORD — Van Wert High School freshman Lorrie Decker’s score of 578 was enough to qualify her for the Division II OHSAA state bowling tournament.
Decker rolled games of 169-182-227 at Thursday’s district competition at Interstate Lanes in Rossford to move on to Wayne Webb’s Columbus Bowl on March 3.
Teammate Chloe Spry’s season came to an end with a 437 series (124-163-150), and Lincolnview’s Shiann Kraft ended her season with a 464 series (151-159-154).
