PAULDING — Kole Small struck out eight while holding Paulding to just four hits in six innings, as Crestview shut out the Panthers 3-0 in ACME league baseball on Thursday.

Small also had a pair of hits, and Riley Saylor had two hits plus an RBI. Kaden Short had an RBI double and Griffin Painter chipped in with an RBI single.

Crestview (4-3) will host Delphos St. John’s on Monday.
