Van Wert JV tennis team takes 2nd place

Van Wert’s junior varsity tennis team placed second behind the hosts at the Shawnee JV Invite on Saturday. The “A” doubles team of Kaylee Jennings and Natalie Schreiber and “A” singles player Kendall Rauch won championships, while the “B” double team of Sophie Rutkowski and Tayzia Havill finished third in their division. The “C” doubles team of Hannah Springer and Natalie Benner enjoyed a runner up finish in that division.
