Twig II members have Christmas party

Beverlee Profit welcomed 29 members of Twig II to the group’s annual Christmas party at Elks Lodge 1197 on December 10. Twig II members were also greeted by members of the Program Committee.

The invocation was given by Judy Fox, and a delicious meal prepared by Teresa Glossett of the Elks was served by Doug Benner, Louis Crow, Gary Profit, Mike Stanley, and Bill Wolverton.

Members enjoyed playing Christmas games provided by Joy McCleery. The Christmas project donations will be given to the Van Wert County Council on Aging.

The next meeting will be Monday, January 14, 2019, at the Van Wert County Health. Hostess will be Nancy Wolverton and the invocation will be given by Sharon Bolenbaugh. The program will be “Charitable Giving” by Trevor Webster. Roll call will be members’ favorite charity.
