Track: Lincolnview races past Parkway

Lincolnview dominated Tuesday’s dual meet with Parkway, with the Lancers winning 98-28 and the Lady Lancers winning 98-35.
Once again, Brad Korte led the Lancers, winning the 100 meter dash (11.20 seconds), the 200 meter dash (23.40) and the long jump (19-06).
Drew Brenneman won the 110 meter hurdles (16.70), Alek Bowersock won the 1600 meter run (4:53.60), and Jorge Salinas took top honors in the 300 meter hurdles (45.90). Karter Tow won the 3200 meter run with a time of 10:35.30, Daegan Hatfield won the high jump (6-00) and Cole Gorman finished first in the pole vault (8-06).

The 4×800, 4×200, 4×100 and 4×400 meter relay teams also recorded wins.
Parkway’s Ryan Hesse won the 400 meter dash (55:60) and teammate Matt Gaerke won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:12.50. Lance Weirrick won the discus (107-05.50) and the shot put (40-09).
Brayden Langdon led the Lady Lancers with first place finishes in the 100 meter dash (13.00) and the 400 meter dash (1:02.80), and a runner up finish in the 200 meter dash (27.90).
Madison Langdon enjoyed first place finishes in the 1600 meter run (6:04.90) and the 3200 meter run (13:30).
Other first place finishers for Lincolnview included Rylee Byrne (800 meter run, 2:54.20); Sami Sellers (discus, 116-80) and Ariel Pruden (pole vault, 5-06).
Also winning: the 4×800, 4×200, 4×100 and 4×400 meter relay teams.
Parkway’s Ashley Burtch won the 110 meter hurdles and the 300 meter hurdles (18.40 and 59.90), and Rachel Barrett finished first in the 200 meter dash (27.40). Leah Harshman won the shot put with a toss of 30-07.
