The Van Wert County Board of Commissioners met with Pastor Paul Hamrick (second from left) and signed a proclamation that Thursday, May 2, be designated as Van Wert County’s National Day of Prayer for 2019. Pastor Hamrick invites and encourages county and area Christians to join at noon on that day at the Van Wert County Courthouse, 121 E. Main St. in Van Wert, to remember the nation, state, county, and communities in prayer, uniting together asking for God’s blessing, guidance, grace, and protection.
