The Mercer County city of Celina is digging out from a EF-3 tornado that killed one person and injured seven others on Monday. According to Van Wert County Emergency Management Director Rick McCoy, the tornado left a path of destruction a quarter-mile wide and five miles long, with a number of houses damaged or destroyed. photos by Rick McCoy for the Van Wert independent
