City announces Jefferson Street closing

According to Van Wert Safety-Service Director Jay Fleming, Jefferson Street, between Main Street and Central Avenue, will be closed from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, for First United Methodist Church’s Operation Back to School event for high school students.
